How’s everyone Sunday so far? Mine is awesome. Here I am at the parking lot of Walmart, typing ? My boys are in the backseat, enjoying their fries, so nobody really wanted to go out shopping, this momma has to stay with them obviously, so there goes the father shopping grocery all by himself ?
The other night I had a simple yet nice Chai Tea Chia Pudding, it was really fulfilling, although later on I got hungry looking/reading someone posting of his awesome looking cauliflower rice. Note to self, don’t curate on foods like ever. Too many great recipes on Steemit making me drool ?
Here is the super simple chia pudding when you are too lazy for a big meal yet you have to eat something ? It’s packed with fibers, it can be dessert, it can be served cold or as warm breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 bag chai tea
- enough hot water
- 1 tbsp nut milk
- 1/4 c chia seeds
- 1 envelope low calorie sweetener or 2 tsp of sugar (or any other sweetener of your choice, maple syrup is wonderful as well), or as needed
- slivered almonds, optional
- dried cranberries, optional
How To
- Steep tea bag in hot boiling water for 2 mins, stir in nut milk
Stir in chia seeds and sweetener, until the seeds are blooming (2 mins)
- Serve immediately with the optional ingredients

Tempo hari saya bikin puding biji chia (mirip selasih), sok lagi diet (gedubrak) ????
Yuk, ditengok resepnya kalau mau iseng ngurusin jempol seperti Saya ?
Rendam 1 bungkus teh chai dalam air panas secukupnya, selama 2 menit, buang celupan teh. Masukkan 1 sdm susu cair
Aduk 1/4 gelas biji chia hingga mengembang, beri 2 sdt gula (sesuai Anda)
Sajikan dengan ditaburi almond cincang dan buah kering, jika suka
