I do not have self control when it comes to brownies. I love them so much. Easy to prepare, easy to bake, easy to eat and I can eat the whole pan 😛
I love trying all sorts of brownies, tweaking recipes and come up with various brownies. How about you 😀
3 boiled potatoes, drain, mash, cool
3 squares Baker’s milk chocolate
3/4 c butter (margarine works fine)
3/4 c sugar
1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
1 tsp salt
4 beaten eggs
1 c AP flour
A generous handful of roasted walnut, chopped
100 g white chocolate, chopped roughly
Preheat oven 350 F
Melt chocolate squares and butter on low heat, take off from stove and let cool for 15 minutes. Add in beaten eggs, vanilla, salt, mix well. Add in mashed potatoes, mix well. Add in flour, mix well
Place/line a parchment paper on a rectangular pan, and pour batter into the pan Sprinkle with walnuts and white chocolates
Bake at 20-25 mins
Let cool to room tempt before slicing with knife or cookie/sandwich cutter
