Chocolate Cheese Pancake

In Indonesia we know pancake as lempeng, at least where I come from, Kalimantan. Most of the time our pan cake already (too) sweet enough, no need syrup of some sorts. Hence, many of pan cakes recipes on this site, are served without syrup, if you notice 😀 We eat them as is 😀

1 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 egg
4 tbsp sugar
50 g cream cheese
2 x 1/3 c loosely packed grated strong yellow cheddar cheese
3/4 c + 1/3 c water

42 g (1 pouch) chocolate sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp oil

Heat oil, pour batter, cook and serve warm
