Read a news last night, a McDonald’s in town is closed down as one of the employees is tested positive of Covid 19. Makes me nervous even more for school reopening. Flu season is upon us, and pandemic is still here, and kids in general are filthy ?✌?✌
Anyhoo. Today’s recipe is for homemade pizza. I topped ours with 3 differ toppings. This is a pan pizza btw and it is simple to make ❤
1 1/2 c lukewarm water
1/2 tsp sugar
2 1/2 two active dry yeast
3 c strong baker’s flour
1/2 tbsp coarse kosher salt
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Roasted portobello mushroom spaghetti sauce, as needed
Mozzarella cheddar cheese, as needed
Topping of your choice (basil, tomatoes, onion, beef sausage, turkey sausage)
Steps in the video ❤
- 1 1/2 gelas air hangat
- 1/2 sdt gula pasir
- 2 1/2 sdt ragi butiran (bukan instan)
- 3 gelas terigu
- 1/2 sdm garam
- 1 telur
- 2 sdm minyak goreng
- saus spaghetti
- keju parut
- topping kesukaan

Pan Pizza
Ingredients
Pizza Dough
- 1 1/2 c lukewarm water
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 1/2 two active dry yeast
- 3 c strong baker’s flour
- 1/2 tbsp coarse kosher salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Topping
- Roasted Portobello mushroom spaghetti sauce as needed
- Mozzarella cheddar cheese as needed
- Topping of your choice basil, tomatoes, onion, beef sausage, turkey sausage
Instructions
Pizza Dough
- Mix sugar and water, sprinkle yeast, let bloom
- Mix flour and salt, pour in yeast
- Mix in egg and oil, knead
- Let rest til doubled in size
Baking Pizza
- Punch down air, push/stretch dough with fingers, right onto a pan (lined with parchment paper)
- Poke holes all over
- Spread with spaghetti sauce, top with your favorite toppings (cheese, meat, veggies, etc)
- Preheat oven 350 F, bake for 40 mins
