These Frankenstein squares are simple and super quick to make. I made them to be entered to instructables.com contest. Yep, you know it, October is here means soooo many Halloween themed goodies I can make as not just I LOVE Halloween, I also love contests/challenges hahaha
Pretzels
Rice Krispies squares
Green food coloring
Edible eyes, such as from Wilton
Chocolate/chocolate chips
Oreo crusts
Canned frosting – any flavors as long as white, such as cream cheese or vanilla
Method
Color canned frosting green with food coloring and spread onto unwrapped rice krispies squares. Attach edible eyes as shown.
Break a pretzel stick into 4 portions. Dip into frosting and insert into lower sides of rice krispies squares as shown.
Melt chocolate and pour into piping bag/ziplock bag and snip the corner. Pipe into grins/lips/mouth
Sprinkle oreo crust as hairs on upper area above eyes and your Frankenstein is ready to serve 🙂
