My 1st two flavored brownies 😀 You can do the brownies as shown on pictures, or you can marble them swirl-style 😀 It is soooo good, but I am biased, as I love cream cheese AND chocolate 😀
2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c margarine/butter
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla essence or 1 tsp vanilla sugar
CREAM CHEESE FILLING:
Beat together: 250 g softened cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 eggs and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar until smooth.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Melt margarine/butter in medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in cocoa. Beat in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients.
Drop by heaping tablespoon of cream cheese filling then brownies filling next one to another as shown on picture, on greased and floured pan. Bake on preheated 350 F for 30 minutes (or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean).
