Occasionally IndoRecipe held a competition to win a cookbook. This is an entry for a competition held in commemorating Hari Kartini for Mamam Yuk group in Facebook. Theme is Satay.
- 1 lb Udang, kupas dan kerat punggungnya
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 siung Bawang putih, ulek dengan garam 1 sdt
- 1tbsp Hot Pepper flakes (bisa dibeli di toko Korea)
- 1tbsp Minyak Wijen
- Campur semua bahan, diamkan selama 1-2 jam
- Saat di BBQ, usahakan jangan terlalu lama di atas grill karena udang akan menjadi keras.
