Just a quicky sandwich 🙂 I prepared this for instructables.com contest 😛 I know, I know. Seems like this website is busy with new recipes as long as there is a contest that I would like to enter 😛 Otherwise, am slow in updating the website with new cookings or bakings haha
Olive oil spray or butter
Two slice of white bread
Mild or extra spicy thick and chunky salsa
Grated cheese or cheese slices
A slice of smoked turkey breast (or any kinds of meat you like)
Spray non stick frying pan with olive oil spray, turn on the stove
Place the bread on pan top with salsa and grated cheese
And on one of the bread, place a meat, fry until bread is browning, sandwich, serve
