What a gorgeous Monday we are having here, woo-hoo ????
I saw a raspberry turned reddish in my yard, but only 1 fruit ? Too much rain. Killed some of the plants, boo-hoo ????
This morning I am sharing a recipe for PB and Choc Chips Cookies ????
I will only be leaving 4 of them for the boys, while the rest are packed to gift away ????
Here are the ingredients!
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3/4 c x 2 + 1/3 c flour
- 1 tsp coarse Kosher salt (smaller than coarse salt for bagels topping)
- 3 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp BSoda
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/4 c butter/margarine (df or regular)
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 handful df choc chips

Peanut Butter and Choc Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3/4 c x 2 + 1/3 c flour

- 3 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp BSoda
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/4 c butter/margarine df or regular
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 handful df choc chips
Instructions
- Mash bananas, set aside
- Mix flour, salt, cornstarch and baking soda in a bowl
- On a separate bowl, whisk sugar, brown sugar, PB, butter, vanilla essence
- Pour in bananas into wet ingredients, mix
- Add in dry ingredients into wet
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Drop by an ice cream scoop
- Bake at preheated 350 F for 12 mins
- Cool on rack
