Another dish that I learned from my husband’s late grandmother, which I truly love, I can have bowls and bowls, seriously 😛
This vegetable stew is super simple to make. I love dishes that are simple to make, because with 2 little kids at home, I do not have the time to be fancy hahaha
Bring to boil:
Wax beans, sliced
Medium small onion, sliced
2 garlic, sliced
Salt
Make roux:
Cooking oil, 2 tbsp
Flour, 4 tbsp
Water/milk
Paprika powder (you can leave it out if you dont like/dont have)
Once beans tender, mix in roux, cook 5 more mins
Some ppl like it with added sour cream (I do), some ppl find it enough just with the roux
Serve with sausage!
