Hi There 😊
Remember when I mentioned that I pulled my back, back in March? Well I had a physiotherapy appointment yesterday, for the 1st time. It went good. I do have to mention that the homework he gave, of exercises that I have to do at home, are the ones that I have been doing myself for close to 2 weeks now. Exercises that I found on YouTube 😁 It was pretty funny when I showed him what I’ve been doing, and apparently they truly are what he had in mind as well of what to have me do at home 😁 In short, I’m on the right track. Crossing fingers I can use my back like I used to again 😊
I have been cooking a lot with ground beef, lately. I like having ground beef in my freezer, instead beef cubes or chicken pieces. It’s easier to prepare quick dishes with ground beef, IMO. So if you see me sharing dishes with ground beef pretty often, that’s why 😁

300 g lean ground beef
3 garlic, slice
2 cans green beans
2 cans mixed veggies
1 tsp ground cumin
Chicken bouillon powder, to taste
1 tbsp crushed parsley/parsley flakes
White pepper powder, to taste
Rinse veggies and drain. Set aside
Brown ground beef then stir in garlic, cook for a minute or two.
Add in rinsed veggies, stir for a minute, then season with the rest of the ingredients, cook for a bit, and serve immediately
No hassle to prepare, easy to cook, and dinner is ready less than 5 minutes 😊
