These buns are half filled with chocolate pudding, and half with Hungarian cottage cheese (Turo)

Bun:
250 ml lukewarm soy milk (small portion of this was almond. I was just using up what I have left in the fridge)
1 tbsp active dry yeast
Bloom yeast in milk for 10 mins
500 g flour
52 g icing sugar
A pinch of salt
100 g melted coconut oil
1 egg
Beat egg into coconut oil
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, make a well, pour in coconut oil mixture and bloomed yeast. Knead.
Cover with cling wrap and let stand in warm area for n hour until doubled in size
Filling:
250 g turos (subs with farmer’s cheese)
2 heaping tbsp raisin
1 tbsp lemon juice
3-4 tbsp icing sugar
Chocolate pudding:
1 box instant chocolate pudding powder such as from Jell-O, mix with 1 c cold milk
Once dough ready, Punch down lightly
Roll dough and slice into 15 squares
Fill half squares with cheese filling and half with chocolate pudding
Roll and seam to seal
Place on greased aluminum foil lined baking pan
Cover with cling wrap and let stand for half H
Preheat oven to 350 F
Brush buns with beaten egg and bake for 30 mins
