My husband’s cousin, Martika, and her momma, Marti, made this cake for me to try. Pretty good, pretty interesting.

20 dkg each of flour and powdered sugar
8 tablespoons of powdered sugar
40 dkg of margarine
5 eggs
half a bag of baking powder
1 bag of vanilla sugar
1 tbsp cocoa
5 dl of milk
2 bags of vanilla pudding powder
15 dkg cherries
Mix 20 dkg of margarine with 20 dkg of powdered sugar for the dough, then add the eggs and vanilla sugar.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture. Place half in a greased, floured (or parchment paper-lined) baking tray, mix the cocoa into the rest and carefully smooth it over the previous mass.
Top with cherries and bake in a medium temperature oven.
For the cream, boil the milk with the pudding powder and 8 tablespoons of powdered sugar. When it has cooled, stir in the remaining margarine. Remove the dough from the pan and, when it has cooled, spread the cream on it. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top and refrigerate.

8 ek porcukor
40 dkg margarin
5 tojás
fél tasak sütőpor
1 tasak vaníliás cukor
1 ek kakaó
5 dl tej
2 tasak vaníliás pudingpor

A tésztához 20 dkg margarint 20dkg porcukorral kikeverünk, majd hozzáadjuk a tojásokat és a vaníliáscukrot. A lisztet elkeverjük a sütőporral, és a masszához adjuk. A felét kikent, lisztezett (vagy sütőpapírral bélelt) tepsibe rakjuk, a többibe belekeverjük a kakaót, és óvatosan rásimítjuk az előző masszára. Meggyel kirakjuk és közepes hőmérsékletű sütőben megsütjük. A krémhez a tejet a pudingporral és a 8 ek porcukorral megfőzzük. Amikor kihűlt, belekeverjük a maradék margarint. A tésztát kiborítjuk a tepsiből, és amikor kihűlt, rákenjük a krémet. A tetejére olvasztott csokoládét csorgatunk és hűtőbe tesszük. Hosszúkás szeletekre vágva kínáljuk.
