Coconut rice
2 c of brown rice
1 can of coconut milk
Salt to taste
1 screwpine leaf, knotted
1-2 sliced of ginger
White part of lemongrass, bruised
2 kafir lime leaves
1 Indonesian bay leaf (daun Salam)
A little water (like half of coconut milk can)
Place everything in rice cooker
Stir fry Gardein:
1 bag beefless gardein
1/2 of cabbage, thinly sliced
1/2 of an onion, sliced
2-3 garlic sliced
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp Indonesian sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
Vegeta powder to taste
Maggi liquid seasoning to taste
Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Acar is Indonesian cucumber pickles:
Mix and chill for 2 H, cucumber, carrots, onion, red bird eye chilies, garlic, water, sugar, vinegar, salt
