My doorbell security cam has been catching quite a few deer visitors, so fun to watch. There’s one that is fatter than the rest, he roams all by himself, and there’s one with small antler, also roams by himself, while the rest, always comes in pair or a set of three. I just love it whenever I check the history of the cam, and they would show once awhile 😍 They are my entertainment while bed rest 😁
After days of below -20 C, supposedly we will be going to + 7 sometime this week, and then the week after will plunge again. It’s not gonna be good for the road whenever temperature changes too drastic in Winter time 🤪😅🤪😅
For today’s recipe, I have a cookie recipe to share. Boys truly love them 😍
2 1/4 c strong baker’s flour
1/4 c cocoa powder
1 tsp BSoda
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c demerara style brown sugar
1 c peanut oil
2 tsp Mocha paste
Large marshmallow, cut into three per piece
In a bowl, mix dry ingredients well
In another bowl, cream eggs, sugars, oil, and paste until completely combined
Add in dry ingredients, stir to combine well
Scoop a dough, place a piece of marshmallow, shape into rounds and place them on an ungreased sheet
Bake cookies for 8-10 mins on preheated 350 F
Remove cookies from sheet to cooling rack
Enjoy!
