My 1st time making ratatouille. Gotta be honest, it looked better raw as the veggies colors are lovely. Once cooked, they lost their color and they became food 😛
1 eggplant, 500-600 g
2 zucchini, 200-300g each
2 c cherry tomatoes
2 large celery stalks
1 bell pepper
1/2 tbsp each garlic power, dry oregano, sugar, ketchup
1 1/2 tbsp flake parsley
2 onions, chopped
1/4 tbsp salt
Cubed eggplant
Slice zucchini and bell pepper
Chop celery
Mix all in at least 5 quart Crock-Pot and cook high for 4-5 H
