Another rainy day here, and cold. Boo-hoo. My sweater couldn’t warm me earlier, as I stood by my youngest, waiting for the school bell to go off. Really not fun 😅
For sure I haven’t been feeling 100% since yesterday. Been sneezing a lot and had to take Nyquil overnight as the throat started to tingle and raspy. Meh! And at the moment? I feel kinda dizzy 🤪

Anyone’s using Moneygram here, btw? It’s been down since Saturday for me. Am not too fond using PayPal as the fee is rather high, but with Moneygram taking vacation (🤣🤣🤣🤣), seems like PayPal will be returning to me 😅 Do you send $ internationally? What service do you use?
Today’s share is Pretzel Knots! 😍
1 1/4 c water
1/2 tbsp sugar
4 tsp active dry yeast
3 c strong baker’s flour
2 tsp salt
1/4 c sugar
1 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp BSoda
3 c hot boiling water
Grease cookie sheet/pan, set aside
Mix water, yeast, and sugar, let stand for 10 mins until bubbly
Mix flour, salt and sugar in a bowl, pour in yeast mixture and oil, mix and knead to form a dough
Let rest, covered, for 1 H.
Divide dough into portions, roll into ropes and shape into pretzels knots
In a bowl, mix soda and hot water
Dip pretzel knots into baking soda solution
Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with coarse salt
Bake on preheated 450 F, for 10-12 mins
