No school tomorrow for the boys, yay 😁 I know education is important, however, I like it when they are home. No, I don’t think I can homeschool them, I just love it if they could stay at home, always 😁

For today’s recipe, it is veggies stir fry. Look at the cherry tomatoes, so bright against the green beans 😍
4-5 garlic, bruised
1 bag of green beans, slice, rinse
700 g lean ground beef
1/4 c water
Chicken bouillon powder to taste
Rice vinegar to taste
Sesame oil to taste
1 small box cherry tomatoes
1 bag bean sprouts, rinse
Brown beef, then stir in garlic til softened. Pour in water, stir.
Add in green beans, season, cook for 5 mins, covered.
Stir in cherry tomatoes, cook for 2-5 mind, then stir in bean sprouts.
Cook for 2 mins, serve immediately as is or with warm rice 😍

Oseng-Oseng Buncis
Ingredients

- 1 bag of green beans slice, rinse

- 1 small box cherry tomatoes
- 1 bag bean sprouts rinse
Instructions
