I have never tasted real ham, and this one is using vegan ham, so I wont know if its close to the real one, but its a great ham 😉
1 cauliflower head, rice or grate
1 large leek, sliced
3 garlic sliced
1-2 tbsp olive oil
A pinch or two each of dried marjoram, oregano, taragon, basil, rosemary, fennel seeds
Hungarian Vegeta powder to taste
1/2 c thick coconut milk
1 L mushroom broth/veggie broth/pho broth
12 baby carrots (optional)
To serve:
Vegan ham, cubed/diced
Freshly cracked black pepper
Heat oil saute leeks for 5 mins
Stir in garlic
Add in the rest, being to boil
Lower heat to simmer for 30 mins
Blender until creamy
Serve with Ham and pepper
