I love adding all sorts of goodies into my rice pot. Just click cook, and you get healthy rice easily, instead just plain white rice 🙂
1 c of rice
1/2 c of white quinoa
Enough water
1 c frozen veggies (corn, carrots, green beans, Lima beans), give a quick rinse
1/2 tsp or enough Vegeta powder to taste
1/4 turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Place and stir everything into a rice cooker and cook!
Veggie Turmeric Rice
