I need to practice on shaping and scoring the baguette 😛
4 cups bread flour
1 1/3 cup water
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
Process on Basic Bread or French Bread setting OR knead with hand, works either way 🙂
Shape into logs, slice/scores for steam to release
Bake on preheated 450 F with a pan of water in the oven, for 10 mins. Take out the water, and continue baking for 20-30 mins!
