I like soy curls, regardless living vegan or not. How about you? 🙂 My husband got me a huge bag of soy curls recently. He ordered it from Butler, the company, and they shipped it to his hotel hahaha So he flew home to Canada with tons of soy curls 😀
1 c soy curls soaked in hot water for 4 mins, drain
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 small onion, sliced
3 garlic, sliced
1 1/2 bell pepper, cubed
1/4 – 1/2 c snap peas
3 tbsp sweet corn kernel (from canned corn)
1/4 c chopped white button mushrooms
Maggi liquid seasoning
At least 3 tbsp oyster sauce (if you vegan, you can use vegan oyster sauce)
Heat oil and saute garlic, onion
Stir in veggies and cook for 2 mins
Add in soy curls, corn, and stir in Maggi and oyster sauce. Adjust flavor
Serve with warm riceÂ
Stir Fry Soy Curls in Oyster Sauce
Ingredients
