You can serve this stew either with rice or pasta or subway bread/buns 😀
150 g ground beef
3/4 c bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp garlic and onion powder
1 1/2 tsp Tamari (soy sauce)
A pinch white pepper powder
1/4 – 1/2 tsp salt (depending your sauce, low sodium or not)
Mix and shape into meatballs, set aside
1 can (798 ml) diced tomatoes
1/2 large onion
2 tsp sugar
A pinch of white pepper powder
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Bring to boil for 5 mins
Add in meatballs, cook for at least half H, on medium heat
