These chicken use Laongama sauce. My husband and I love them so much. You can use any kinds, except the pickle, the mushroom, the tomato. None of those, just the spicy chili crisp or oil or the ones with beans. This time I use the one with black bean 🙂
6-8 pieces of chicken (skinned & fat trimmed off)
sweet soy sauce (I used ABC, can be bought in Chinese store)
Hungarian vegeta seasoning (you can substitute it with other seasoning powder)
garlic powder
Chinese laongama hot sauce
Wash clean the chicken, marinade with the rest of the ingredients.
Leave it for stand in the fridge for half hour or so.
Oven bake uncover with the marinade for 1 1/2 hours at least on preheated 400 F; or until cooked through.
