Weekends mean quesadillas and waffles for breakfast in this house, well sometimes pancakes too 😁
They are easy to make and pretty quick to prepare.
This time we had banana and chocolate chips. The boys don’t complain for whatever filling usually, but I wonder should I add peanut butter next time, would they taste good still and no complains? Hahah let’s see for that one.
Right now let me share you how I made these ones 😊
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp vegan margarine
- 1 banana, sliced
- enough dairy free Choc chips
- preheat your quesadillas maker
- lay one tortilla on quesadillas maker, brush with margarine
- place banana slices
- add Choc chips
- lay another tortilla and cook for 3-4 mins
- slice and enjoy 😀
