Did you guys get to see the 6 lined up planets? We couldn’t. Rained and still raining here. Grateful for this rain eventhough we missed the biggest solar flare, lined up planets, am okay, as long as wildfires nearby are out. That’s more important for us up north 😁
Which one do you prefer, rain or snow? All my boys and husband included, all prefer snow. I like rain better. But that is because I drive. I would feel meh if I had to walk or catch a public transportation somewhere. Then I’d say neither 😁

Monday’s recipe share is these cocoa muffins 😍 Don’t get bored with muffins share please, as am foreseeing many more to come 🤣
1 3/4 c flour
1/4 c cocoa powder
1 tbsp BP
A generous pinch of salt
3 tbsp raisins
2 eggs
1 c milk
1 tbsp vanilla essence
6 tbsp vegetable oil
Dark chocolate chips (I believe I said semi sweet in the vid ✌️😅✌️😅 BUT you can use milk, or semisweet, it’s up to you)
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl until completely combined, set to side
Using food processor, mix eggs, milk, oil, and essence until foamy
Pour egg mixture into flour mixture, mix until just combined
Melt 1/4 c unsalted butter and brush it bottoms sides up of muffin pan (recipe makes 6 large muffins)
Pour batter into greased pan and top with dark choc chips
Bake on preheated 400F for 18-20 mins
