Hi Everyone!
How’s your Sunday going? It’s wet, cloudy, and a little bit chilly here, for us. Been raining on and off since early dawn. Yep, you guessed me right. MEH 😅 I know we need the rain, but my spirit was just lifted up by the sunny day yesterday! Now, meh again 😅
I spent a good half of my day from morning to noon, being lazy on the bed. Altho that’s not quite true, I folded clothes! But yeah, from waking up to noon, I indulged myself in 6 episodes of Asunta Case. Based on true story. Sad story, but got me confused. What’s the motive, like seriously? Have you seen it? Is it really due to the feeling of getting tired taking care of a (gifted, talented, smart) child? I’m confused. Let me know what you think, if you’ve seen it 😊
Now, before I get on my day (of more laziness, I mean 🤣✌️🤣✌️ Hey, blame the rain, they make me have foggy brain. I’m sleepy! 😅), let me share this following recipe 😁
2 c flour
2 tsp BP
5-6 ripe banana
1/2 c milk
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 egg
1 c choc chips
1 c walnut
1 c old fashioned rolled oats
All spice powder to taste
Cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
In a bowl, mix dry ingredients, set aside
Mix banana and milk in a blender, then pour mixture onto dry ingredients
Pour in oil, egg, essence, mix to combine
