My husband and I are having a rather eventful evening 😅 So mimosa to the rescue for this momma 😂
Love, love, love mimosa!
What is mimosa, you asked? A glass of yumminess that is super easy to make, of cheap champagne and orange juice. Well obviously you can use expensive champagne, if you’d like 😂
What eventful evening, you asked again?
Well you see, I mentioned almost a month ago, that am entering to a gingerbread house competition. It is up this friday, and exactly 2 nights ago when I thought I was almost done with mine, and boom! They added a bloody new regulation of size, less than a week from D date.
Mine is too big by 5 inches on each side 😥
(Who would add that on last minute, a week before D date???? Nut job. I bet the person doesn’t make gingerbread building like ever!)
So we had to electric-sawed the board here and there, to not be disqualified.
Imagine the stress, super hoping the house wouldn’t collapse while sawing, you know 😤
But it didnt, phew.
So to release the stress, mimosa to the rescue 😂 To make it even merrier, Imma go watch Chris Wood (Mon-El, Supergirl) on Netflix, with his cutie smile, isn’t he beautiful? 😂😂😂😂 Too bad rumour is he is leaving the show, that would be another day of mimosa when that really happens 😅
I still need to add decorations to my gingerbread house, but right now I just want to relaaaaaaxxx after a stressful 30 mins or so 😂
So here is how we made the mimosa, should you wanna try!
