We have a rather nice weather this morning. Hoping this eve will stay nice as well so we can go Trick or Treat like a normal person, for once 🤣
I have a nice and decadent chocolate cake recipe to share today. This is my go to recipe that I tweaked a little.
For our Halloween party a few days ago, I used this recipe to make cupcakes and donuts (donut cake, baked).
Here is the ingredients!
2 1/2 c flour
1 1/3 c sugar
4 tbsp Hershey’s cocoa powder
2 tsp BSoda
A pinch of salt
2 c water
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp Hershey’s chocolate sauce
Ganache
1/2 c nutmilk
1 1/4 c DF choc chips
Decadent Chocolate Donuts and Cupcakes
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/3 c sugar
- 4 tbsp Hershey’s cocoa powder
- 2 tsp BSoda
- A pinch of salt
- 2 c water
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Hershey’s chocolate sauce
Ganache
- 1/2 c nutmilk
- 1 1/4 c DF choc chips
Instructions
- Mix dry mix in wet
- Bake preheated 350 F 20-25 mins
Ganache
- Heat milk and choc chips in microwave
