As for me, all is good, but it’s that time of the month where I would binge-eat tins of chocolates, which in other word, helllooooo acccneeesss 😅
So, excuse those pesky lumps all over my face if you spot any ✌🤪✌🤪
Today I have a super simple stir fry that is totally no hassle to make, and it would only take 5-8 minutes from preparing ingredients to serving it on the dining table 🤤
1 bag baby bokchoy
1 bag bean sprouts
1 tin sweetcorn
5 garlic, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
Vegeta powder to taste (if not salt and a little sugar)
Stir-fried Bok Choy
Ingredients
- 1 bag baby bokchoy
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1 tin sweetcorn
- 5 garlic sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Vegeta powder to taste if not salt and a little sugar
Instructions
- Heat oil, brown garlic (so oil will be garlicky)
- Add in veggies, stir
- Season with Vegeta
- Cook for 5 mins!
