Another bread recipe am sharing today, so you can grow wider with me 🤣🤣🤣🤣 But don’t blame me in the end, pretty please, it’s coronavirus’ fault, believe me 😁
This is a Hungarian fried dough, that is normally topped with sour cream and grated cheese. I had none of those, again, thanks to coronavirus, boo-hoo. I havent been grocery shopping at all!
The cover picture on the video used coconut milk sour cream and Daiya cheese – from my old archive 🤣 I know, tricky, BUT, the fresh Langos can be seen in the video, of course 😍 I just wanted to show you what it would look like with cheeze hahaha
Bloom yeast:
360 ml lukewarm water
2 tsp active dry yeast
Add in:
500 g flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
Knead in:
56 g vegan margarine
Let rest until doubled in size
Heat on medium:
cooking oil
Fry dough on both sides until golden brown
Brush with garlic oil
Top with DF sour cream and DF cheese if you have (we are self isolating, and dont have any of those, so our langos this time is just with garlic oil )
Garlic Oil, mix the following!
2 tsp minced garlic
enough olive oil

Ingredients
- 360 ml lukewarm water
- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 500 g flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 56 g vegan margarine
- cooking oil
Garlic Oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- enough olive oil
Instructions
- Bloom yeast in water, then add in flour mixture, then knead in margarine.
- Let rest til doubled in size
- Heat enough oil
- Fry dough on both sides until golden brown
- Brush with garlic oil
- Top with DF sour cream and DF cheese if you have

- To make garlic oil, just mix garlic and oil!
