Timbits?
Timbits are actually drop donuts/donut bites/donut holes from the famous coffee-chain, Tim Horton’s. However it’s so common to call donut holes as timbits here regardless whether you get them at convenient stores, make yourself, and other coffee cafes.
From this following recipe, you can make three kinds of donuts, regular fried donuts, also awesome to be baked (I love them baked as less calories, but my kids love them fried. I know, so naughty), and drop donuts (which my kids also super liking them as so. I guess since they are fried too 😊).
Let see how to make them!
**In a bowl, mix:**
• 1/4 c almond milk, lukewarm
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp active dry yeast
**Meanwhile, in a stand-up mixer, with dough hook attachment, mix:**
• 2 c flour
• 6 tbsp dark brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
• 1/4 tsp allspice powder
• 1/2 c pumpkin puree
**Pour in:**
• Yeast mixture
**Knead in:**
• 2 tbsp vegan margarine
• Cover dough and let rest in warm area for half H
• Punch down dough, let rest again for 10-20 minutes
• Drop dough on hot oil

Sooooo good!
