Day 3 same as Day 2

Store in the fridge, ready to use.
Sourdough Starter
Ingredients
Day 1
- 100 g flour
- 150 g water
Day 2 and 3
- 70 g starter from Day 1
- 100 g flour
- 115 g water
Day 4 and 5
- 70 g starter
- 100 g flour
- 100 g water
Day 6
- 60 g starter
- 100 g flour
- 100 g water
Day 7
- 25 g
- 100 g flour
- 100 g water
Instructions
Day 1
- Mix all ingredients, cover with cling wrap, let stand to room temperature
Day 2
- Remove some of the mixture from the jar, leaving only 70 g starter, and add in the flour and water, wrap again, let stand to room temperature
Day 3
- For Day 3, do the same step as Day 2
Day 4 and 5
- Repeat steps for Day 4 and 5 as well, but lessen the water
Day 6
- For Day 6, remove some of the mixture from the jar, leaving only 60 g of mixture, then add flour and water
Day 7
- For Day 7, remove some until only 25 g, and add flour and water
- Once bubble and smells nice sour scent, it's ready. Store in the fridge, ready to use.
