Phew what a long name 😂😂😂
My 3 yo is on the picky-eater side. He doesn’t like anything chunky but he also doesn’t like anything too soft (like porridge or yogurt).
Smoothie? He loves! As long as it is not in a bowl 😅 So whenever I prepare smoothie, his would always be served in a cup/glass.
My 7 year old likes his meals/snacks/breakfast and whatnot ‘pretty’, but he would find ‘uncooked’ oatmeal as weird, so I don’t add it to his smoothie (unless blended).
The smoothie pictured below is how I serve mine💃💃
1/2 banana
1/4 c frozen spinach (for all the smoothie drinks in this album, I do not use frozen spinach from frozen section of grocery stores. Instead I buy a bag of fresh spinach, ready to use, that I freeze – this way it doesn’t give you wet soft spinach but crispy and nice)
1/2 c frozen summer fruit salad (it has peach, pineapple, strawberries)
Enough water
Blender until smooth then pour into a bowl
Garnish/add:
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp quick-cooking oatmeal
Banana slices
Kiwi
Frozen blueberries
Papaya
Serve immediately
