My new coworker is from The Philippines and she loves indulging me with Filipino sweets, like this following cake. It is similar to Indonesian Bingka, a traditional cake from Sumatera and Borneo 😀
3 c glutinous rice flour
1 c coconut milk
3/4 can condensed milk
1 c evaporated milk
3 tbsp melted butter
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 sugar
a pinch of salt
Mix everything, pour into a pan, bake on preheated 350 F for half H
Take out pan from the oven, with the left over of condensed milk in the can, pour over the cake and bake for another 15 mins more or until top is golden brown
