In Indonesia, we have bazillion kinds of stir fry, known either as Tumis or Oseng-Oseng. They are so good for our staple food, warm rice, that is 😀
1 bag of frozen seafood mix, give a quick rinse
1 c frozen okra cuts l, give a quick rinse
3 colorful bell pepper, sliced
20 baby carrots, sliced
1/2 pouch of VH ginger beef sauce
1/2 on an onion, sliced
3 garlic, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 box of tofu, cubed
Maggi liquid seasoning to taste
Maggi spicy liquid seasoning to taste
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cumin ground
Heat oil saute onion and garlic
Stir in seafood and carrots
Cook for 10 mins , covered
Add in Tofu and bell peppers, cook for 5 mins, covered
Season and cook for 2-3 mins, then stir in okra
Cook for another 2 mins
Serve immediately with warm riceÂ
