100 g unsweetened desiccated coconut (or more)
1 medium-small onion
3 garlic
4 bird eye chilies
A finger tip of hard shrimp paste
1 heaping tsp ground kencur-aromatic lesser galangal
Process spices in food processor
Mix well spices and coconut
Dry fry
Adjust salt and sugar
Pour mixture into cooked veggies, mix well
