A simple Indonesian dish, known as oseng-oseng 😀
salt, sugar, and MSG (if desired), to taste
1 1/2 can of tuna chunks
1 red paprika
15-20 long beans, cut each to 2 cm long, wash, drain
2 shallots, slice thinly
2 tablespoon chili powder with seeds
1/8 onion, slics thinly
1/4 fresh ginger, crushed
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1-2 garlic, thinly sliced
5 tablespoons of frying oil
Saute onion, shallots, garlic, and ginger
Add in paprika then long beans, stir well
Add in garlic salt, sugar, MSG and salt
Add in tuna chunks, stir well
Sprinkle the chili powder with seeds, stir and cook well
Serves warm/hot with warm/hot rice
