My boys favorite Indonesian cake 😀
150 g flour
A pinch of salt
90 g sugar
1 tsp rapid instant yeast
200 ml lukewarm whole milk
Mix and let rest for an H
Stir in 3 tbsp melted unsalted butter and an egg
Heat mold with vegetable spray
Pour batter into mold and sprinkle top with chocolate rice (chocolate based sprinkles)
Cook on medium heat until top no longer wet
