Simple yet refreshing, me like!
3 cups vegetable stock
3 cups water
Hungarian Vegeta seasoning (you can use Royco if you are in Indonesia or any other seasoning powder as substitute)
soft tofu, cubed
ground white pepper and salt to taste
1-2 celery stalk, slice
1 tbsp minced garlic (I used store bough)
Bring everything to a boil, once the celery slightly tender, add in the cubed tofu and let it boils again and cook for another 5-8 minutes
Serve warm
If you like it hot, add some Vietnamese Sriracha hot sauce for pho bo!
Tofu Soup
