These chicken rolls are great as is, but perfect with hot sauce! They are cheesy and you can fill them with whatever greens you prefer, such as broccoli, spinach, or even bell peppers.
1 egg
enough frozen broccoli, thawed, boiled, chopped
white cheddar cheese
orange cheddar cheese
bread crumbs as needed
1/4 cup melted margarine
1 tbsp water
3-4 chicken breast fillets, skinned, boned, trimmed the fats
salt and pepper to taste
Grate the orange color cheddar cheese and mix with bread crumbs, salt and pepper
Make cutlets out of the plain white cheddar cheese, set aside
Slice chicken breast thinly, into fillets
On a plate, mix well the egg with margarine and water. Dip the chicken fillets in it.
Coat chicken with bread crumbs mixture and place on a wax paper
Place a few cheddar cutlets and broccoli on the fillets, roll, then place it on a lightly greased baking pan.
Heat the oven to 350 F, bake the chicken for 20 minutes at least, or until chicken cooked
Cheesy and yummo, my kind of thing 😀
Enjoy!
