Anyhoo! Recipe time ❤️
2.5 c flour
1 tsp BSoda
A pinch of salt
Grated peel from 1 lemon
2 eggs
1 c peanut oil
1/4 c dark brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
Juice of 1 large lemon
1 c chocolate chips
In a bowl, mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt and lemon peel)
In a food processor, mix eggs, oil, sugars, and lemon juice, then pour mixture into dry ingredients, mix well
Fold in chocolate chips and preheat oven to 350F
Drop dough per cookie scoop and bake for 8-10 minutes depending on your oven, cool cookies on rack
