Good Morning!
I’ve been up since before 4 AM. Wasn’t a good night for sure. Our Roomba was kept going on and on, regardless it was not set to clean at night. I had to ask my oldest just before 10 PM, to flip it upside down, just in case it would go again during our beauty sleep 😅 Then throughout the night I could hear the air filter making noises, like flapping plastic or paper, idk. So close to 4 AM, I was like, fuck it, I am up 🥴
It’s my birthday today! Woo-hoo! Getting old, jobless, is fun 🤣 That could have been the reason I didn’t have a long sleep last night 🤣
And the 1st person that wished me happy birthday, was this lady from the US that became my online friend due to our love of collecting My Little Kitchen Fairies 😆
Anyhoo! Here is wishing myself a great day, nothing else I want but a great day….with a side of phone calls maybe, from a company or two that I sent applications 🤣 Come on, people, make my damn day RAINBOW 😆😆😆😆
Recipe time!
2.5 c strong baker’s flour
3 tbsp Ovaltine (malted chocolate powder)
1 tsp Bsoda
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp chocolate paste
1/2 c sugar
1 c peanut oil
1/2 c semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c sugarfree chocolate chips
1/2 c dried cranberries
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, set to side
Preheat oven 350 F
Whisk wet ingredients until completely combined
Mix wet and dry ingredients until well combined
Add in chocolate chips and cranberries
Drop dough per cookie scoop, bake for 8-10 mins
Cool on rack and enjoy!

Ingredients
