Hello Lovelies!
NYE at last, woo-hoo. Let’s gooooo 2025! I truly hope the best is coming our way, friends 😊
Watched anything good lately? I finished the whole 5 seasons of The Last Kingdom in less than 5 days. It was good. Then the next day, I watched it’s sequel, in the form of a movie instead a TV series. It was good as well 😊 Now I’m browsing around of what next to watch 🤣 I know tonight we will be playing board games and UNOs instead watching movie tho. How about you? Any fun plan for NYE? 😊
For today’s recipe, another easy stir fry from the kitchen. Great as is, superb with warm rice, and my youngest doesn’t get tired of it, so am a pretty happy momma 😊

1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 large green beans
1 box basil
8 garlic
2 red bird eye chilies

Chicken bouillon powder to taste
Slice green beans and soak in water
Drain and cube tofu

Add in green beans, stir
Cover with lid and cook until somewhat tender (5-8 mins), on low-med heat
