These days, my entertainment is our house door bell cams. I can see deer now and then, sometimes only 1 of them, other times 3 at once. So cute. Sometimes they make a stop not too far from the door, so the camera would spot them nicely. I’d share it on my YouTube shorts as they are just toooo adorable not to share ππππ
Can’t wait for weekend to be here already. This week feels slow somehow. I am sitting here by the window and I can see the dark gloomy sky. Guess snow is returning soon π
Speaking of snow. Here is orange flavored cookies recipe, to cheer the day up π

1 c peanut oil
2 eggs
1/2 c sugar
1 pouch Nutrisari (Florida Orange flavor) – if you can’t find, use Sunkist, DuaTang powder or any other drink powder, orange flavor π
50 g dessert toppers/sprinkles (Tropical Mix theme)
2.5 c strong baker’s flour
1 tsp Bsoda
A pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350F
In a food processor, mix eggs, oil, and sugar until completely combined
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, then pour in egg mixture, mix with spatula
Add in sprinkle, mix again, until completely combined
Drop dough per scoop/tablespoon, and bake for 8-10 mins
Cool on rack before storing
