Originally, this tofu nugget would be fried in a lot of oil. These following though, were cooked using air fryer 🙂
1 block of firm tofu
1-2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c ghee
chicken bouillon powder to taste, white pepper powder to taste, garlic powder to taste, a drop or two sesame oil
1 can tuna in water, drain
1 tbsp chopped fresh celery leaves
1/4 c strong baker’s flour if not cornstarch
Mix everything and shape into nuggets
Air fry at 350 F until browning and crisp
Perkedel Tahu
Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu
