Today I have a recipe to share which is veeeeerrry simple to make but very good to be served with warm rice. Like you would not need anything else but the stir fry and warm rice, that’s it. Well, if you’d like to, maybe with chili sauce too, Sriracha, anyone? 🙂
- 20 baby carrots, diced or roughly chopped
- 15 new/baby potatoes, diced or roughly chopped
- 30 snap peas, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 3 garlic, sliced/diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 c water
- Dry seasoning to taste (chickenless seasoning or whichever dry seasoning you prefer, such as Vegeta, Royco etc)
- Soak veggies, drain
- Heat oil, saute onion and garlic
- Stir in veggies
- Add in water and seasoning
- Cook covered, until tender

Ingredients
