Hi Friends!
How’s your Saturday so far? Hope all is well with everything. Did you watch the live boxing on Netflix like bazillion of others? 😅 I was busy watching Animal Kingdom instead 😁 Been hooked since day 1 returning home from hospital. I am on Season 4 now. Yep, 10 days post op and season 4 already 🤣🤣🤣🤣 That’s what happens when you have nothing to do hey 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Today’s recipe is using Smarties that the boys collected on Halloween. Love Halloween as I get to steal their goodies and turn them into baked goods 😁
2.5 c strong baker’s flour
1 tsp BS
A pinch of salt
3 tbsp PB2
2 tbsp cocoa powder
20 boxes mini Smarties
3 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp chocolate paste
2 eggs
1 c peanut oil
1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
In a bowl, mix flour, soda, salt, PB2, cocoa powder to combine well
Unbox Smarties and mix it with chocolate chips
In a food processor, mix oil, paste, essence, eggs, and sugar until completely combined
Preheat oven to 350 F
Pour wet mixture into dry mixture, fold in Smarties and choc chips, mix well
Drop per cookie scoop or 1 tbsp spoon, flatten slightly, and bake for 8-10 mins
Cool on rack and enjoy!
