What a lively and lovely morning eventhough we are 50% expecting rain today 😁 How’s your morning going, friends?
I actually have this throbing head pain overnight til at the moment. I think I had too much fries at dinner. Idk. I drank a lot, I believe, so idk why head pain all night long up to now. Meh. Not to mention it was humid in the house last night, we forgot to turn the fan back on, so both my husband and I had nightmares 🤣🤣🤣🤣 The head pain could also due to the humid night, maybe.
Imma make cucumber drink today, with ice, hopefully it will help🤞
Today’s recipe is not just nice tasting cookie (recipe), but they smell nice too 😊
2.5 strong baker’s flour
1 tsp BSoda
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
A pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1 c peanut oil
1 tsp purple yam essence
1 white choc chips
1/4 c unsweetened desiccated coconut
In a bowl, mix well flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt
In a separate bowl, cream sugar, essence, and oil, then crack in 1 egg at a time, while keep mixing, until completely combined.
Fold in dry ingredients followed with white chips, and desiccated coconut. Drop by tbsp on ungreased cookie sheet, flatten slightly.
Bake cookies on preheated 350 F, for 8-10 mins. Move cookies to cooling rack before storing.
