How’s Going? 😊
I started Spring cleaning this morning after i dropped off boys to school. I guess that’s the good thing of not having to go to work, I have more time to work on the house chores EVEN MORE 🤣🤣🤣🤣
My laundry room looks like a laundry room once again. Whatever craps laying around on the ironing table, all tidied up. Above the washer and dryer? Spotless. Empty jugs, bottles, boxes, on floor and whatnot, poof they are gone. I’m pretty proud of myself, I must say 😁 In fact, I have a favorite spot of the laundry room, which is above the shelves, where I lined up all my husband’s and mine, colorful safety hats from previous jobs 🤣🤣🤣🤣
You know how when you just wash your car, a day after rain falls, annoyingly 🤣 Well, I hope by doing Spring cleaning, it won’t be snowing tomorrow 🤣 Here is crossing fingers!
I made Hungarian dish of Stuffed Bell Peppers. I haven’t eaten this dish for years. It’s one of my favorite, and yet idk why I hardly make it for my family 😅
2 bags of bell pepper (8 at least, 12 would be perfect!)
2 c rice
1.2 kg ground beef
1 large onion
1/2 tbsp sweet paprika powder
2-4 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
4 eggs
1-2 cans to tomato paste
Water (1 tomato paste, use 2-3 cans water, doubled the measurement if you’re using 2 cans of tomato paste)
Cut the stem top off the peppers, remove seeds, wash and set aside
In a large bowl, place the rest of the ingredients except tomato paste and water, and mix well
Fill bell peppers with meat mixture and place them into a pot
Mix tomato paste with water and pour into the pot, covering the bell pepper
Cook, bring to boil, on medium heat, for 1 H
Enjoy!
Ps: dont have a paste but a puree? You can as well! However, you might need to thickened the puree with roux before serving. I like using paste better, as I don’t have to make roux 😉
